TEAMWORK AND PROBLEM SOLVING TO NAVIGATE CHANGE AND COMPLEXITY
The course “Team Working and Problem Solving to navigate change and complexity” has recently been successfully completed.
It was a training program that actively involved us in developing increasingly strategic skills for today’s context.
During the training sessions, we worked on tools and methodologies aimed at strengthening team collaboration, improving internal communication, and addressing complex and constantly evolving situations in a structured way. Significant space was dedicated to practical activities, simulations, and the analysis of real cases, fostering concrete and immediately applicable learning.
The course provided an in-depth exploration of key topics such as effective problem solving, decision making, conflict management, and organizational adaptability, offering participants new perspectives and practical approaches.
The positive feedback collected confirms the importance of investing in the development of soft skills, which are now more crucial than ever in facing the challenges of complexity.
